Time for a new thing...

You’re off to great places! Today is your day! Your mountain is waiting, so get on your way!”
— Dr. Seuss

My Father-in-Law's kitchen cabinets, my friend's kitchen grout, my wedding video.

These are all examples of projects that did not reach completion because the aforementioned tradesfolk were too busy in their "day jobs" to work on their own thing. While this can be a sign of outward dedication, it can also create an environment that is not sustainable.

I had a music teacher who famously said, "You want to learn how to play mandolin? Get a gig playing mandolin, and you'll learn like your life depends on it."(tbh, he actually said Banjo, but who wants to play banjo?*)

Here is what that all means for us:

*all love in jest, fair banjo pluckers.
